What is The Great Smile Dental Plan?
The Great Smile Dental Plan is a reduced fee plan offered to our patients without dental insurance. This is not an insurance plan. The plan will provide each eligible member 2 regular cleanings and oral health exams and 1 set of x-rays per year for just a $15.00 office visit fee. All other treatment is based on a reduced fee schedule which gives a 25% discount off of our customary fees. The enrollment fee starts at just $179.00 per year, which comes to approximately $15.00 per month!
