Spaces created by missing teeth may cause your remaining teeth to shift out of position and make them more susceptible to tooth decay and gum disease. Dental implants are made of titanium and are most successful when placed in the front portion of your lower jaw. The implant, once secured, is covered with a natural looking false tooth or set of false teeth, which typically lasts for approximately fifteen years.

Dental implants do not require removal and offer a great alternative to certain types of bridges and removable partial dentures
